Summary

You will be “the most important, flexible, and dedicated member of the team”, acting as the CEO’s right hand across all fronts. From operational details to shaping strategy, you’ll be trusted with end-to-end ownership and the inner workings of the company. You will ensure speed, discipline and precision across projects — while supporting legal matters, grants, communications, and internal coordination. You’ll also curate the CEO’s PR and social media presence, lead data analysis from our platform to generate industry-shaping insights, and handle the full flow of company correspondence. This is a role for someone with exceptional work ethic, attention to detail, and the drive to be everywhere the company needs them — including possible relocations and travels. If you thrive under pressure, crave impact, and want a front-row seat in building a mission-driven startup, this role is for you.

NB: Depending on seniority, the candidate will assume the role of Founder's Associate for the first 1–2 years, being promoted to Chief of Staff thereafter (likely in parallel with our Series A round).

What will you do?

Project manage key initiatives end-to-end: own the execution of initiatives, including legal, administrative, and grant-related matters; coordinate across stakeholders and drive each to timely completion
Manage company-wide correspondence: own the communication flow across the organization and externally, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and speed in all exchanges
Curate CEO PR & social media: shape and amplify the CEO’s public voice through regular content, including posts, visuals, and speaking engagements. Strong skills in visual, video, audio, and image editing are highly valued
Conduct data analysis from our Data Hub™: generate sharp, viral insights for industry leaders on how companies and sectors are performing in sustainability
Act as a Founder and Visionary: live the vision, enable the mission, and be ready to drive results, continuously identifying solutions and areas of improvement, no matter what it takes
